On placing an order you must allow 3 to 15 days for delivery.

All items purchased remain the property of Sleepright t/a Futon UK, until payment has been received in full

As a company we want you to be happy with your goods. When your items are delivered please inspect them and if found to be damaged or in-correct please contact us by telephone, e-mail or letter within 7 days.

We will then endeavour to get the item replaced as soon as possible with no cost to you.
If you are unhappy with the goods for any other reason we are happy to collect the goods and give you a full refund if you notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please note all goods will need to be returned in perfect condition with original packaging.

However we reserve the right to recover the cost of return which would be £50 per item deducted from the refund amount. Criminal activity will be reported to the police, including credit card fraud.
All items carry a full 12 month Guarantee. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
